Booking and Cancelation Policies

I understand that plans can change! Because each appointment and reservation is reserved specifically for your dog, cancellations and last-minute changes can impact my schedule and prevent me from offering that time or space to another client.

The following policies help protect reserved spots, keeping opportunities equal for all clients.

  • A confirmation text will be sent the day before your scheduled Private Lesson. Because Private Lessons take place in the client's home, confirmation is required for safety and scheduling purposes.

    • The confirmation text is the last opportunity to cancel or reschedule your appointment without a fee.

    • If you need to cancel after the confirmation text has been sent, a $30 cancellation fee will apply. Rescheduling will not incur a fee. 

    • If you do not respond to the confirmation text, your appointment will remain reserved until 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.

    • If I have not received a response by 30 minutes before your appointment, your appointment will be treated as a no show, and a 50% fee will apply.

    • Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled lesson fee.

    • Rescheduling is subject to availability.

    Please respond to your confirmation text as soon as possible if you need to make changes to your appointment. This allows me to adjust my schedule and, when possible, offer the appointment to another client.

  • Adventure Day reservations are held specifically for your dog, and I plan my schedule and activities around each scheduled dog.

    • A confirmation text will be sent the day before your scheduled Adventure Day.

    • The confirmation text is the last opportunity to cancel or reschedule your Adventure Day without a fee.

    • Changes or cancellations made after the confirmation text has been sent will be subject to a $30 cancellation fee. Rescheduling will not incur a fee. 

    • If I do not receive a response to the confirmation text, I will assume you still plan to attend and will expect your dog at the scheduled drop-off time.

    • If you do not respond to the confirmation text and your dog does not arrive for their scheduled Adventure Day, a 50% no-show fee will apply.

    • Rescheduling is subject to availability.

    Please respond to your confirmation text as soon as possible if you need to make changes to your reservation. This allows me the opportunity to adjust my schedule and, when possible, offer the available Adventure Day spot to another client.

  • If you need to reschedule or cancel your booking, please notify Loyalty Unleashed RVA, LLC as soon as possible.

    • Cancellations or rescheduling requests made at least 7 days before your scheduled drop-off may be made without a fee.

    • Cancellations made within 7 days of your scheduled drop-off may be subject to a 25% cancellation fee.

    • Cancellations made within 72 hours of drop-off or no-shows may be charged 50%–100% of the reserved stay, depending on the circumstances and my ability to fill the space.

    • Rescheduling is subject to availability.

  • Board & Train reservations require me to reserve an extended period of time specifically for your dog. Because these programs represent a significant commitment of time, resources, and calendar availability, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation.

    The remaining balance is due at pick up.

    The deposit is non-refundable and is required to reserve your dog's Board & Train dates.

    Deposits may be transferred to one future reservation if a rescheduling request is made at least 14 days before the originally scheduled drop-off date, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests made with less than 14 days' notice may be treated as a cancellation, and a new deposit may be required to reserve future dates.

  • IteI understand that unexpected situations and emergencies happen. While the cancellation and rescheduling policies above apply to all clients, Loyalty Unleashed RVA, LLC reserves the right to review individual situations and may choose to make exceptions at its discretion.

    Any exception is made solely at the discretion of Loyalty Unleashed RVA, LLC and does not create an expectation or guarantee of an exception in future circumstances.

    All cancellation and rescheduling fees must be paid before booking future services with Loyalty Unleashed RVA, LLC.
